Cary has been a licensed certified massage therapist for six years. She has been trained in the five levels of the St. John Method of Neuromusuclar Therapy. She is a graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. She has years of experience using these effective techniques for handling chronic and acute pain and increasing efficiency of your biomechanics. Prior to these enhancements to her healthcare capabilities she has a medical background as a certified nursing assisstant. As a CNA, Cary has cared for the developmentally and physically disabled, elderly and infants. Cary juggles being a wonderful wife and mother of two beautiful girls and continues to excel and be effective with her neuromuscualr treatments and massage bodywork. Cary is enhancing her bodywork by integrating the dynamics and knowledge of yoga. She has devoted the majority of her free time to advancing herself and her practice with this knowledge. Cary is furthering her practices by becoming an Ana Forrest trained yoga instructor.
