Long sleeves and full-length pants are required to participate in class. Remove all jewelry prior to entering the studio. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to class with an open heart and an open mind. No late admittances will be allowed.

This introductory class is especially designed for Brand New Beginners!


Learn the basic technique behind Antigravity Yoga and get comfortable with the Yoga hammock prop before jumping into regular classes. You'll learn to fly, hold and balance in challenging yoga poses longer, gain better kinesthetic awareness and build cardiovascular and muscular strength In a safe and supportive environment. This class is designed to give you a secure and detailed understanding of AntiGravity Yoga fundamentals while having a ton of fun!

Raffa Yoga provides a safe space for all students. Never feel pressured to do any pose that does not meet your personal awareness, skill set, or fitness level. Please consult your medical professional before beginning any new exercise form to see if it is appropriate for you.

We suggest if any of the following conditions apply to you, do not participate in Anti-gravity® Yoga as it would be contraindicated:

Pregnancy, Glaucoma, Recent surgery (esp. shoulder, eyelids, back, hips, hands or wrist, Heart disease, Very high or low blood pressure, Easy onset vertigo, Osteoporosis / bone weakness, Recent head injury, Cerebral Sclerosis, Pregnancy,Glaucoma, Cerebral Sclerosis.
