Jane came to Raffa Yoga 5 years ago looking for a yoga style that would compliment her existing exercise routine of: running, biking, swimming, weight training & core strengthening. She started teaching Pilates at Raffa and now teaches Raffa yoga classes, corporate yoga, and private yoga sessions. “This style of yoga is the perfect compliment to my weekly exercise program. I tend to push myself hard at everything I do which gets my mind (and body) off center. Raffa yoga helps to slow me down and balance my day to day activities. I just feel so much better overall.” Christine Raffa & Raffa Yoga have had a huge impact on me and my life. Christine has inspired and empowered me beyond what I thought possible – I am now convinced “the possibilities are endless". "I am honored to be part of the Raffa teaching staff where I have learned so much from so many great people, both staff and students alike.”

Since graduating from the University of Rhode Island “many years ago” with a B.S. degree in Business Administration Jane has been working full time in the business world, in the field of Health & Safety, as well as working part time as an exercise instructor. She joined Healthtrax (now part of Care New England Wellness Center) while attending college and began teaching exercise classes soon after graduation (where she still teaches group exercise classes today). “Exercise & teaching exercise has been my passion for over 20 years... much of my success in business comes directly from my passion for health and fitness.”

Jane is certified by AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), Madd Dogg Athletics, for the Johnny G.
