After years of fitness training, an injury in 2003 brought Pam to her yoga mat. She was introduced to Yoga, and became a dedicated practioner. After having surgery on her lower back in 2006 yoga helped rebuild her strength both physically and emotionally. Yoga completely transformed her body and mind.
 
Pam continuously builds on her yoga practice by attending workshops such as Ana Forrest, Jill Miller and Bryon Kest. Pam’s classes focus on alignment, and self examination while keeping a light heart and open mind. She believes that regardless of injury, age or body type anyone can practice and benefit from this powerful art. She holds a teaching certification through the YogaFit Model. Outside the yoga studio she is a freelance designer and a mom of two small children.
 
Pam believes that Yoga is a journey on finding the power within ourselves through the awareness of ones body, and through this we gain self acceptance and peace. She is incredibly grateful to those who have taught and supported her, and for the opportunity to share the inspiring beauty of Yoga with others.
